**Job Purpose**
- Drive client value creation by supporting the frontline Sales team and product sales experts in a holistic manner through overall Sector CVP management in line with cluster goals whilst ensuring effective client engagement, lead generation and solution structuring.**Responsibilities**:
**Function specific**:
Conduct deal and solution development in line with RFP frameworks and objectives, managing of the pitchbook and doing pre-tender (seeding) work.
- Conduct research into various sectors to build relevant client CVP strategies for targeted client solutions.
- Lead the deal and solution development through integration of appropriate product mix and VAS to proposals.
- **Financial**:
Conduct pre-tender work to reduce the Q0 gap via sectors strategies
- Provide lead generation for targeted clients Pipeline management, client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct client deal development, structuring and consolidation.
- Develop solutions for client opportunities per sector to grow wallet share.
- Conduct client CVP reviews and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Analyse client solutions structuring to ensure client profitability (client pricing and costs data).
- **Customer**:
Conduct client research to understand competitor pricing, create customer value analysis (i.e. identifying additional cross-sell opportunities) and ensure client problem statement articulation.
- Provide feedback to Product / Channel on product/process concerns/enhancements with regards to client needs, issues, pipeline and industry developments to ensure CVP, differentiators and target alignment.
- Provide product specific expertise and support to Sales and clients in terms of deal structuring and solutions due to acquisition.
- **Client Value Proposition**:
Execution of business roadmap & strategy through creation of client and sector CVPs.
- Provide client insights to PL (new cross-sell opportunities, product underutilisation, new clients).
- **Stakeholder Management**:
Attends and contributes to pricing, pipeline, CST and sector meetings with shared accountability of lead generation and acquisition conversion.
- Identify new vendor and partner opportunities and providing feedback to Product sales experts.
- Collaboration with stakeholders inclusive of defining and delivers on training and upskilling where needed within value chain for Sales and Client.
