**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury goods after-sales and sales administration.
- Proficient in Pastel Evolution or similar systems.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage after-sales processes, including repairs, spares, and coordination with service workshops.
- Administer sales processes, encompassing stock replenishment and order coordination.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, service workshops, and internal teams.
- Periodic travel for conventions, presentations, and client visits.

**Qualities We Seek**:
