Host visiting guests and members, for wine tastings and events
Processing of order and membership, maintaining /updating of ecommerce platform
Perform administrative duties such as mailing list data entry and mining of information; follow-up phone calls and other duties assigned.
Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of daily orders
Answer the phone in a prompt and courteous manner and assist guests with scheduling wine club enquiries, placing telephone order and general enquiries.
Planning of the Wine Club and adhoc private events
Maintain the Wine Club database
Assisting the Manager with daily administration
Assists with regular inventory counts / stock management

**Qualifications**:
2 - 3 year’s experience in a similar position
Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills.
Possess a positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transport
Available to work weekends and evenings as or if required
