**JOB PURPOSE**

The role of the accounts payable administrator is to record, maintain and reconcile the company’s creditors and bank with administrative responsibilities.

**DUTIES/TASKS**
- Processing of supplier invoices and credit notes
- Processing of credit card expenses
- Batch processing of cashbook
- Batch processing of petty cash
- Supplier reconciliations
- Preparing and loading of payments
- Managing supplier queries
- Inter-Company creditors reconciliation
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Opening Supplier accounts
- Load suppliers onto BPO and EVO
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily banking
- Ad-hoc invoices
- Upkeep of GP delivery vehicle such as booking services, renewing the license disk, repairs etc.
- Administrative duties

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Minimum educational, qualifications and experience that are required to perform the job competently.

**KNOWLEDGE**
- Matric Certificate
- Sage Evolution
- BPO (knowledge would be beneficial)
- Proficient at MS Excel Skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Process driven / Time Management and punctuality
- Order Management
