- Registration Support Centre Agents

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Calling leads to book interviews
- Call students to apply
- calling students to accept their offer letters
- Calling approved students to register
- Calling students to follow up on documents
- Responsible for the "look and feel" of interview rooms and reception

**Competencies Required**:

- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be methodical/systematic
- Experience in Word & Excel essential
