Business Development Associate

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Prospect and Identify New Clients**: Research, identify, and approach potential clients in various industries. Develop a deep understanding of their Training needs and challenges.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Understand their business objectives and position as the preferred Training partner.
- **Sales Pitch**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Pakanyo HR Solutions. Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients. Close deals and secure long-term partnerships. Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the Training team.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Foster collaboration between sales and Training team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- **Reporting**: Maintain and update client database, and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide updates to the management team.
**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- 5 - 10 years of Business Development experience in Corporate Training
- National Diploma or bachelor’s degree: Business Management, Human Resources or Marketing.
- Must have proven experience working experience in business development, marketing, and sales in training, consulting, or similar environments.
- Experience working with QCTO/SETA's and certification/accreditation bodies.
- The ability to build relationships with the purpose of generating revenue;
- The ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
