We seek enthusiastic, skilled, and motivating individuals to join our Face to Face Fundraising team. This presents an opportunity to embark on a thrilling new sales journey. The position entails interacting with the community at various public locations throughout the city, encouraging them to back the organization by offering sustained assistance..
- Directly engage with potential donors at shopping centers and events, encouraging them to become regular financial supporters of the organization.
- Establish rapport with potential donors from the general public, ensuring a positive engagement experience.
- Foster trust and rapport with both potential and existing donors, maintaining an excellent engagement experience with a 10% closing rate.
- Continuously enhance knowledge about the organization’s work and various campaigns, ensuring potential donors are well-informed throughout the sales process.
- Utilize provided scripts and guidelines, adapting sales scripts to better align with the specific needs and interests of potential donors.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as outlined by the fundraising Performance Management Indicators.
- Meet both quality and quantity standards during donor interactions.
- Sustain commitment, motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Adhere to professional behavior, reflecting the organization’s values, ethos, and policies consistently.
- Accurately record, protect, and report fundraising and donor data.
- Actively participate in regular training, team meetings, and improvement discussions.
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Fundraising experience, including face-to-face fundraising experience is an added advantage
- Have the ability to inspire people through outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and one other official South African language
- Confident individual
- Effective at time management
- Have a strong work ethic, be target motivated and work well under pressure
- No criminal record as we work in a sensitive environment.

**Salary**: R4 500,00 - R10 500,00 per month
