Core Description
Responsible to ensure that the assigned General Ledger (GL) accounts are maintained and reconciled in an efficient and effective manner, reporting directly to the Financial Controller - General Ledger & FI Journals. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Prepare reconciliations and reports for assigned GL accounts Ensure that all reconciling items are cleared promptly Prepare and post journal entries as required Liaise with business units to resolve queries Perform activities allocated in terms of month-end & financial year-end programmes. Responsible for data verification, reconciliation, and bank statement processing,
Ensure accurate and timely administration/completion of the accounting process in line with company policies and procedures Core Functional Skills & Knowledge
