Be the 1st line of contact to our guests. We are looking for your expertize, experience and skill to supervise & manage FO, incl Reservation & Reception. Are you the one to fill this opportune position ? One of our impressive lodges is looking to place a receptionist to be 1st line of contact for their guests._
- Looking to place a Reception / All-Rounder / Reservations... build your CV by gaining experience and 360 exposure to FO, Reception + Reservation. Be the 1st line of contact to our guests. We are looking for your expertize, experience and skill to supervise & manage FO, incl Reservation & Reception_

**Duties**:

- Responsible for FO / Reception / Reservation_
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour.
- Welcome guests as they arrive.
- Manage incoming calls
- Perform reservation requests
- Respond to all guest questions and requests.
- Manage guest bookings and reservations.
- Keep a tidy and orderly work space.
- Verify customer information and payment options,
- Determining rooms available
- Accept payments
- Check guests out.
- Administration

**Must have exp in**:

- **_Point of sale system Apex, Plus central, Nebula Pos _**:

- Min 1- 2 yrs exp in Reservation / Reception /FOH
- Min 1 -2 yrs exp in Stock Control
- Previous exposure to a Lodge / Hotel environment
- Exp in Compliance officer
- Guest Liaison
- Previous exposure to a Lodge / Hotel environment
- Pref a tertiary education in related field

**KPA’s**
- ensure faultless and continual quality customer service at all times
- manage bookings, greet guests,
- seamlessly resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Strong multi-tasking skills; multi-tasking with ease
- Sound communication competencies
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage complaints subtly.

**Qualification**
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer programs.

**Soft Skills**
- Friendly demeanour.
- Problem Solving.
- Multi-tasking
