- Project management for strategic initiatives, tracking BAU risks, actions, decisions, and issues
- Support daily operations and performance of Africa division in Health Insurance, Vitality, and Travel for Treatment
- Compile presentations and speeches for CEO and CSCO
- Collaborate with internal communications for stakeholder awareness
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to contribute to Africa business strategy
- Provide technical input for reporting on key business indicators
- Prepare proposals for strategic partnerships, new business, and products
- Assist in collating reports for executive meetings and provide strategic administrative support
- Map key Discovery Health Employer groups and identify key contacts
- Monitor adherence to SLAs with internal and external partners
- Work with Discovery’s systems development teams for key deliverables and integration objectives
- Monitor budget setting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legislation
- Manage stakeholder relationships, collaborating with internal and external partners
- Oversee strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Executive Team
- Maintain up-to-date country insights for Africa region, including competitor and industry intelligence
- Generate technical content articulating the unique product suite and solutions offered by VHI Africa
- Conduct research projects for effective product positioning, differentiation, and thought leadership holders across and the business.

- Exposure to business functions including servicing, operations, project management,
- customer experience, digital/systems/IT, commercial partnerships, business development,
- strategy/R&D, human capital management, and finance.
- Proficient in data visualization and storyboarding for effective communication.
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic with a focus on value-added delivery
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills.

**Education and Experience**

**Education**:

- BA or Bcom/PDBA degree preferred.

**Experience**:

- Experience on the African continent
- Strong project management skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Evidence of strong analytic and communication skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in Discovery and/or at least 3 years relevant professional experience such as management consulting, technical product mar
