Tech5, an Internet Service provider has an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator Position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Service Coordination**:
- Schedule and monitor service installations, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations.
- Liaising with FNO's
- Loading orders on FNO portals
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Possess a solid understanding of ISP technologies and processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate technical details to customers.
**Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and troubleshoot service-related issues, working closely with technical support teams.
- Document customer issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions for future reference.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service-related activities.
- Generate reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Sales Reporting.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct regular reviews of service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to enhance the overall customer experience.**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within the ISP industry for a minimum of 3 years.
**Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers.
**Organizational Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Technical Proficiency**:
- Familiarity with ISP technologies and networking concepts
- Knowledge of troubleshooting procedures.
- Computer Literate.
**Customer Focus**:
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to empathize with customer concerns and find effective solutions.
