**ROLE PURPOSE**

**Recruiting a Facilities Coordinator **To manage the maintenance, service and safety functions of the portfolio.
- The position is available immediately.

**ROLE DELIVERABLES**

**Key Performance Areas**:
Unit Turnover - Intake & Exit

Health and safety (Residential & Commercial)

Tenant relationships & Communication

Annual Works Program

Management of service providers

Reporting

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Grade 12 education
- Relevant qualification in built environment, ie building/propertymanagement/Maintenance
- 5+ years building management, property management and maintenance
- 3+ years administration experience
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Maintenance experience essential
- Must have own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R27,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
