Our client based in Midrand is looking for an Admin/logistics coordinator with FMCG experience to join their team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Manage customer requirements on a daily basis.

Investigate claims and queries and provide feedback to customers.

Daily inventory balancing of key customers.

High control of Inventory to ensure accurate reporting and feedback.

Participate and lead logistics related projects, including cost management projects.

Support and liaise with operations team on order and supply management.

Propose and investigate cost saving initiatives.

Prepare orders and assign responsibilities to logistics team on a daily basis.

Ensure that all logistics paperwork is prepared accurately in a timely manner.

Ensure the required transport is booked with service providers on a daily basis.

Prepare daily reports for clients.

Prepare weekly timesheets for sign-off by the department manager.

Stock controlling and rotation.

Accurate recording of outsourced labour costs.

Prepare, organise and accurately report on stock counts.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Matric.

Degree or diploma in finance or logistics.

2-3 years' experience in the FMCG industry.

Computer literate.

Advanced Excel skills (essential).

Emydex experience (preferable).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Flexibility and ability to manage change.

Project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
