About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dante Personnel as a Logistics Operations Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Logistics department and all related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6 Operations administrators and 2 Logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively.
• Oversee the receipt of stock and ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics operations and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5 years experience in a similar role with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of managing staff and leading teams to achieve goals.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
