_**PURPOSE OF POSITION**_

**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on the company website and various job boards
- Source and screen resumes using applicant tracking systems
- Manage new hire paperwork and onboarding processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws
- Keep abreast of current recruiting trends and technologies
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other external sources of talent
- Plan and execute recruitment events such as career fairs and open houses
- Prepare regular reports on recruiting activities and metrics
- Assist with special projects as needed
- **REQUIREMENTS**_

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Matric, essential,
- Tertiary qualification, Advantageous
- 2 years’ experience in and Office administration
- Recruitment or Human Resources, Advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to commute/relocate:

- JHB, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Office, Recruitment, HR Admin: 2 years (required)
