**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
To raise and issue payments reminders, file and enter notes on the system

To answer Leaseholders queries with regards to the Head of credit control accounts and enter notes on the system

To file monthly reports sent by the credit control team to the Directors/ property mangers

Update the main spread sheet when a report has been sent

Prepare documents for all accounts being passed to the solicitors

To check new accounts with the property manager and the accounts team of the progress when the account will become live

Assist in setting up new members of the credit control team

Additional duties will be added after training in this department

Matric with minimum four years administration experience

Excellent telephone manner

Good Excel and Word experience.

Must be able to work confidentially as this role is strictly a confidential role reporting directly to the Head of credit control
