**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Using the internet and company CRM system, you will systematically develop a well-researched database of prospective clients for the business. This will primarily include: Importers, Exporters, Manufacturers and Distributors
- You will identify and reach out to the key decision makers (Financial Directors/Managing Directors) of these businesses to introduce and discuss the services of FX Paymaster and benefits of using our platform to make international payments.
- Lead sourcing & cold calling will play a major part of your career throughout this role.
- You will conduct a “Discovery/Fact Finding Exercise”, to retrieve information about the potential client’s international payment processes and needs. To demonstrate our value proposition, you’ll need to understand who they currently use, what type of pricing they currently get and whether they typically make payments online or need to call the bank.
- Based on this information, you will set up a follow up call / zoom meeting to present our business offering and move towards securing the client as a new account.
- Finally, you’ll walk the client through our simple online registration process, assist with any onboarding requirements and facilitate a positive hand over to our dealing and back-office team.

- You must be comfortable making cold calls.
- You must be target driven and have an excellent work ethic.
- Punctual, presentable, and professional at all times.
- You need to have a high level of emotional intelligence.

**Probation, Training & Targets**
- Training on basic FX products will be provided on an ongoing basis and when it is required.
- Your main duties will include, generating leads, making sales calls, sending out corporate information packs, booking meetings with clients and closing accounts.
- You will be expected to onboard a min of 5 new corporate accounts / month.
- Your initial probation period will last 3 months. Within that period, you must secure at least 15 new registered corporate clients.
- Following that, you’ll be required to maintain an average of 5 new accounts / month.

- Within 6 months, should you achieve your sales target of 30 new corporate accounts, you’ll be eligible for promotion to a Senior Sales Consultant, where you’ll receive a higher salary (negotiable) and commission.
