**Job Summary**:
The Internal Sales consultant will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by utilizing various communication channels, including phone and electronic platforms, to engage with a wide range of customers. The primary objective of this role is to achieve the company's budget and targets by qualifying customers, presenting product offerings, conducting sales presentations via Zoom, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Internal Sales Consultant will act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring up-to-date pricing, service information, and product-release updates. Additionally, they will stay informed about new products, procedures, services, and tools through participation in departmental and training meetings. This role requires maintaining a professional and positive image of the company while demonstrating effective upselling techniques and addressing customer queries. The Internal Sales Consultant's performance will be assessed weekly during the initial 90-day period based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize phone and electronic communication to target new customers and drive business growth.
- Achieve budget and target goals set by the company.
- Qualify customers and identify potential prospects to present current product offerings.
- Plan and conduct daily sales presentations via Zoom.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and customers, providing up-to-date pricing, service information, and product-release launches.
- Continuously update prospects on product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Stay updated on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
- Maintain a professional, diplomatic, sensitive, and tactful approach to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Effectively upsell existing services to clients.
- Assist clients with customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Weekly evaluation of activity and performance during the initial 90-day period.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar internal sales role.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to conduct sales presentations via Zoom
- Proficient in using electronic communication platforms and technology tools.
- Ability to qualify customers and identify potential prospects.
- Sound knowledge of the company's products, procedures, services, and tools.
- Professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact in dealing with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services and handle customer queries.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
