Junior Draughtsman

My client, specialising in Retail architecture is currently looking for a Junior Draughtsman to join their team of leading Architects. The most important part of this position is a GREAT ATTITUDE and will suit a people's person willing to negotiate and liaise professionally with council for submissions and approvals.

You must have the following skills:
Come from a draughting background
Have architectural admin skills
Liaise with and negotiate council submissions
Report to and consult with the various Architects
Produce drawings from instructions received by Architects (Sketch & computer aided drawings)
Prepare and complete services drawings
File drawings and information briefs
Do site visits and prepare drawings where required
Lisa with clients, consulting engineers and architects as well as councils.

Qualifications needed:
Matric / Grade 12
CAD
Ability to read technical drawings and convey instructions successfully
Have architectural and retail interior design experience.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
