As a vital member of our tutoring company, you will be responsible for ensuring that every student receives exceptional customer service while also driving sales and promoting our tutoring services.

As a member of our team, here's what your day will look like:

- Promote and Sell Tutoring Services: You're passionate about education and know how transformative it can be in someone's life. You'll use your expert knowledge of our tutoring programs to promote and sell our services to customers, ensuring they have access to quality education that meets their needs.
- Generate Leads and Enrolments: You love a good challenge, and sales is your forte You'll engage in proactive sales activities to generate leads and enrolments, using your persuasive skills to convince customers of the benefits of our tutoring services.
- Guide Customers Through Enrolment Process: You'll be there from start to finish, guiding customers through the process, ensuring they have all the support they need to make the right decisions. You'll be responsible for helping schedule tutoring sessions and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Resolve Customer Issues: You're a problem solver, and nothing fazes you You'll use your excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, collaborating with other team members to ensure that we always deliver quality service.

**Here are the qualifications we're looking for**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You have the educational foundation needed to succeed in this role and can demonstrate that you have the knowledge required to deliver exceptional service to customers.
- 4+ Years of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience: You've got a wealth of experience under your belt and know how to provide outstanding customer service and sales support that's aligned with our business goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You're a natural communicator and have a talent for building rapport with students and parents alike. You can express yourself effectively, both verbally and in writing, and can handle difficult conversations with empathy and tact.
- Proficiency in Computer Systems and CRM Software: You're tech-savvy and can use various computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to Multitask and Prioritize: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease. You're able to manage your time and resources efficiently to ensure that you meet your targets and exceed expectations.
- Passion for Helping Students Achieve Their Academic Goals: You're driven by a passion for education and love helping students achieve their academic potential. You understand the importance of tutoring services and the impact they can have on students' lives.
- Empathy and Patience: You're a compassionate individual who can relate to students and parents and be patient when dealing with their inquiries. You can handle difficult situations with grace and tact, always putting the needs of the customer first.
- Flexibility to Work Australian Time Zone: You're willing to work during the Australian time zone from 1am - 10am, and you're based in the City of Cape Town electricity zone.
- Permanent Internet Fibre Connection: You have a permanent internet connection with fibre technology that's reliable and fast enough to allow you to work from home.
