A leading international resort group has a vacancy for a Maintenance Manager at their popular resort in Ballito, in the heart of the beautiful KwaZulu Natal North Coast, famously called the Dolphin Coast.

The role requires a senior Maintenance Manager with at least 6 years experience as Maintenance Manager in either a large resort, a facilities management company overseeing all building maintenance or overseeing the maintenance of a hotel.

The role will require experience in managing a team of killed tradesmen, maintenance planning including preventative maintenance programs, oversee and select vendors and contractors, ensure that the maintenance division remain within set budget and have a very solid background of health and safety.

A trade test is a non negotiable so is strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

- maintenance management managing a team: 6 years (required)
- hotel/ resort/ facilities management: 6 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
- Zulu (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Trade test in either mechanical electrical or plumbing (required)
