Executive Housekeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement department for replenishment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; or related field preferred.
- Certification in housekeeping or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and housekeeping management software
