Building Caretaker

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Building Caretaker to join our team. The Building Caretaker will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the building, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for occupants and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:
Managing security staff and contractors on site

Handle 3rd party supplies and services.

Submit operations report on a monthly basis.

Respond to Guest/Tenant/Homeowner queries.

Oversee Reservations Process

Attend to tenant queries and requests.

Ensure property procedures and policies are implement and adhered to by tenants.

Maintain cleanliness of common areas

Monitor building systems and report any maintenance issues to management.

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Ensure building security by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols.

Respond promptly to emergency situations such as fire alarms or security breaches.

Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder supplies as needed.

Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in building maintenance preferred.

Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labour.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
