**What You Have Done Before**:

- Baseline:
- At least 5 years Marketing and Strategy related experience.
- Technical /degree/diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience on taking Products to market
- Manage creative and roll out of marketing campaigns.
- Scope, plan and manage the execution of industry events that Engen participates in.
- Passionate about developing new and existing markets and channels.
- Experience working with, budgets, teams and customers.
- Advantageous:
- Post-graduate qualification in Marketing, Engineering.
- Ability to adapt successfully in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to converse with teams, technical, supply chain and manufacturing staff at Engen and Key customers.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Lubricant and Grease product knowledge.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Providing service excellence to an existing customer base.
- Continually looking for opportunities to make us more efficient when dealing with Key customers.
- Developing and implementing sector and product strategies.
- Empowering Sales teams by developing Marketing tools.
- Aggressively taking on the competitor and keeping them away from your business through efficiencies.
- Provide training to frontline sales staff.
- Creation of sector specific collateral e.g., brochures, sales aids
- Technical Capability- Working on SAP or SAP BI (Business Intelligence) (checking Stock, Checking customer details, check pricings, rebates).
- Working with multiple Marketing Agencies to effectively create material for the customer and Sales teams.
- Ensure Agencies produce high quality work.
- Developing Credit collection and Key customer interface tools.
- Ensure Packaging, Label standards are maintained.
- Work with Technical to ensure products are suitable for customer.
- Sector specific product life cycle management.
- Research market pricing and position products marketed are priced correctly to ensure growth is achieved.
- Develop business plan and budget plans.
- Work with Direct Sales team to ensure we meet plan.
- Identify opportunities through networking with organisation/bodies.
- Collate and Monitor Pipeline of new leads.
- Develop and implement sector CVP’s
