Senior Clerk: Fixed Properties

We are currently looking to employ a Senior Clerk with administrative background to join our Fixed Properties Departimet. You will contribute to the effiecient operations of the business.
You should have good communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
You will be working for a last standing company with strong values which are customer centric. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING**:
- Requesting quotations from suppliers
- Issue purchase orders on CMS and send to relevant stakeholders.
- Create GRV’s and invoices for payment on CMS.
- Correspond with internal and external clients, diarise follow-ups.
- Correct filing of correspondence.
- General office assistance.
- Earmark deadlines and deliverables in diary for follow-ups and/or queries.
- Assist with and compiling of budgets, tender documents, reports and statistics.
- Take responsibility to deal with and delegate team orientated procedures.
- Taking detailed messages in absence of colleagues.
- Inter-acting with Head Office personnel as well as clients regarding satisfaction of work delivered.
- Reconciling creditors control accounts.
- Sending of remittance advices to suppliers after payment run
- Handling all queries relating to creditors.
- Preparing of month-end & year-end reports on outstanding creditor invoices over 30 days.
- Month-end and financial year-end responsibilities.
- Grade 12/Matric
- Relevant experience will be an advantage
- 2-3 Years administrative back ground
- Computer literate (Ms Office)
- Creditors experience
- AVBOB Production System experience
