**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales & PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future industry partners.
- Support in generating leads, contacting potential customers, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain customer databases and assist in tracking sales activities and results.
- Help in organizing and attending sales and marketing events, such as trade shows.
- Maintain & ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales & marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify requirements of potential customers and market trends.
- Generate leads and secure new business partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor and analyse PR and business development performance, providing regular reports and insights.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR and business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Wine Industry
- Strong network within the wine industry.
- Solid understanding of PR principles and business development strategies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales & PR: 2 years (preferred)
