Branch Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, lead and grow the branch: Through being a team player and good decision maker, lead and motivate the staff to get the best results from individuals and the branch as a whole.
- Monitor sales performance: Generate regular reports highlighting sales performance, achievements and areas for improvement.
- Maintain customer relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industry.
- Product knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of products. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers and staff in order to maintain a standard of excellence and grow the branch successfully.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
At least 5 years experience as a sales representative.
- Proven track record in sales, with an in-depth knowledge of the refrigeration industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and network effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excel.
- Matric
