**Key Responsibilities**:
**The coordinator for digital transformation will be in charge of overseeing significant**

**adjustments inside our organization; therefore the job holder will be responsible for**

**carrying out his or her functions and responsibilities in accordance with Mercy Mission**

**values to accomplish**: o Take the lead on the organization's comprehensive management of digital transformation.
- Using market research to design a digital transformation roadmap, analyse organizational trends, evaluate the competitive environment, and identify opportunities. o To take advantage of technology and innovation, create connections with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and service providers. o Develop financial resources for the digital platforms. o Establish measurements and KPIs to gauge the success of a digital transformation effort. o Responsible for managing and maintaining technology using systems and networks within the organization. o Provide technical support and advise on IT issues and decisions. o Identify analyse and interpret data and identify trends. Filter and clean data and fix data issues. o Prioritise business and information requirements.

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Develop, interpret, and explain digital policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the software and digital platforms that the organization needs.
- Create a strategy and implementation plan for the organization's digital transformation in line with the times.
- Developing a business analysis for each platform and presenting them to the relevant departments.
- Oversee the creation of concepts, technical specifications, terms of reference, and bid documents needed for the digitalization, and consolidation of needed and common digital platforms.
- Participate in the process of choosing consulting companies or individual consultants to help with the digitalization of the required services. This includes assessing technical offers, helping to put together the evaluation report, and participating in contract negotiations.
- Manage the service providers' digitization platforms in accordance with established schedules, budgets, and standards for quality.
- Examine and assess each deliverable provided by consulting companies or individual consultants to make sure it complies with written agreements and is of a satisfactory standard.
- Holding training sessions for staff members on new processes or platforms to make sure they can utilize them properly.
- Examining data along with the relevant departments to identify areas where process efficiency or effectiveness can be improved.
- Making strategies for communication to inform stakeholders of digital changes to processes or procedures.
- **Adding to / and with the above, to carry out daily management tasks, such as but not**

**restricted to**:

- Assisting in developing the annual budget for the needed platforms of the organization.
- Creating, arranging, and maintaining records for platforms;
- Calculating the resources required to fulfil the objectives of the platform;
- Preserving total control over the platforms' objectives, timetable, tasks, and deliverables;
- Retaining efficient communication with all parties involved in the platforms;
- Managing stakeholders' and the team's expectations for the platforms;
- Determining and maintaining essential paths and platform dependencies;
- Actively managing platform scope changes, spotting possible crises, and creating emergency measures;
- Establishing and strengthening relationships with platform stakeholders, which are essential to the platforms' success;
- Creating lessons learned, best practices, and tools for platform management;
- Producing, delivering, and presenting regular progress reports to platform stakeholders;
