- The role is to administer and provide Company Secretarial services and legal administration support related to legal contracts and other documentation.
- Direct communications with external parties and intermediaries.
- Report writing (drafting and formatting thereof).
- Think critically and interpret information from several sources.
- Type and prepare minutes of Board, Shareholder, Trusts and Committee meetings
- Maintaining corporate governance documents, statutory, and legal filing records
- Assist with collating documentation for B-BBEE audits and queries.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant legal qualification (LLB / BA Law and/or CGISA).
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- A basic understanding of Company Law. Knowledge of B-BEE requirements will be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft packages, including SharePoint, MS Teams Channels, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
