- Join Solution Innovation, a dynamic customer centric team that endeavors to delight customers using the latest Technology and Development Tools to meet and exceed customer expectations, aligned with the strategy of the bank.- To manage the end-to-end strategic planning, organizing and implementation of solutions across various Banking Products such as Loans, Transactional Products, Investments and Card; through managing solutions, projects and programmes that will ensure the relevance of our Products, Digital Platforms and Business Technology.- You will manage Teams/Squads that will oversee the solution and delivery optimization, innovation and the development of a Product from Ideation, Build, launch to Market and Commercialization thereof.- This opportunity will keep you intrigued, engaged and challenged, it will allow you to always exercise your skills and competencies.**Responsibilities**:

- Identify product and market opportunities in collaboration with other areas.
- Assist in defining the operational business requirements of the solution (KPI'S, SLA's processes and procedures and reporting) through translating organisational strategy into functional strategy and assigning accountability to relevant stakeholders.
- Effectively manage the delivery of products and services to stakeholders by establishing governance forums and by understanding, assessing and managing escalated risks associated with solutions, products, programmes and projects.
- Link business need to technology requirements through bridging the gap by linking various businesses areas across the value chain to create best in class solutions (SME engagement model) - Collections, Credit, CX, Digital etc.
- Setup and support squad enablement and ensure necessary roles for delivery through technical counterparts and guide specialised teams to enable client centric solutions.
- Manage the product development Lifecyle (Idea, Prototype, Develop, Iterate, Deployment and Enhance).
- Utilise Key Performance Indicators to build business cases and visions for new products.
- Ensure the scalability of capabilities and solutions across multiple use cases.
- Ensure end-to-end product delivery through the value chain in collaboration with other areas
- Leverage emerging innovation to pilot, prototype and incubate new solutions
- Test solutions and prototypes with customers and the market.
- Ensure optimal organising of environment by specifying the nature of capacity requirements in alignment with strategic priority and by actively managing the capacity of the product managers in the team and negotiate where capacity constraints occur.
- Ensure end to end design is aligned to architecture road maps by understanding the landscape and through regular engagement with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure effective optimisation of systems, processes and technology by doing route cause analysis and taking corrective measurement and ensuring standards defined per technology with regard to integrations are adhered to
- Take responsibility for implementation of programme and project governance that aligns to project methodologies, processes, and project disciplines
- Continuously encourage customer centricity through way of work that embeds client research and end user testing
- Manage overall roadmaps and change backlogs on existing products and new solutions
- Embed sustainable change culture and new way of work - solution ownership and ongoing iteration

**Minimum Experience Level**
- 5 - 7 years’ Product Development experience in a Digital Transformation, Innovation and delivery environment within a FSP / FINTECH
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a feeder role a must (Product Development/ Product Manager)
- 5 years’ experience in a complex problem-solving environment
- Exposure to Strategic planning would be an advantage

**Essential Qualification**
- Honours in Business / Finance / Engineering / IT or Sciences a must
- Relevant Masters / Professional Qualification would be advantageous
