We require a Sales Admin Assistant to join our **team.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist with selling catering solutions to the market, identify prospects, assess client’s needs, submit proposals, negotiate and close the sale.
- Have knowledge of the adopted selling process with measurable monthly & quarterly target achievement.
- Have experience in deliver professional, innovative, realistic sales proposals and presentations.
- Be comfortable in carrying out telemarketing calls, canvasing and research sales leads instructed.
- Attend appropriate sales meetings, functions and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals
- Responsible for closing sales opportunities including involvement in contract terms and conditions.
- Assist the team in growth of the division and the achievement of agreed sales budget.
- Manage the appointment and sales process (sales approach to be professional, exact and above reproach).
- Carry out admin and computer-based tasks on behalf of the head of the sales team

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualification and / or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years sales/acquisition/business development experience
- Strong understanding of business challenges and customer management with a track record of identifying and closing opportunities
- Knowledge of the **Catering Management industry** - advantageous
