We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Debtors Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Minimum requirements:

- Relevant financial qualification
- 3 years debtors processing experience
- Hospitality experience advantageous
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge
- Advanced OPERA knowledge
- SAGE Evolution advantageous

Key accountabilities:

- Preparation of monthly debtors accounts and financial reporting
- Revenue maintenance
- Collection of funds due (mostly travel agencies)
- Bank deposits and VCS payments
- Relationship building (Internal and external)
