- _**Key duties and responsibilities**:
**Project coordination**
- Oversee and Co-ordinate team efforts towards reaching set HTS targets, i.e., HTS Positive and Tx New (linkage as part of ART initiations).
- Coordinate project HR processes, i.e., HR planning, recruitment, timesheets and leave management for the entire community team.
- Coordinate project logistics processes within the community structure.
- Coordinate project compliance to standards, policies, and guidelines.

**Data management**
- Coordinate HTS data collection and management processes.
- Engage in data quality assurance and HTS internal control activities.
- Monitor field data collection processes.
- Review HTS reports with teams and develop quality improvement processes.
- Ensure total compliance to data SOP and participate in data audits.

**Project administration and support**
- Support the functioning of the internal M&E system.
- Update project assets registers and inventories.
- Administer projects assets.
- Liaise regularly with Anova M&E department to ensure accurate project reports.
- Actively participate in the Bid Evaluation Committee for all procurement over the threshold, as per the Delegation of Authority.
- Provide support to all projects during monitoring and evaluation visits.

**Internal and External Liaison**
- Attend to project meetings with all stakeholders.
- Provide updates on project to interested parties.
- Ensure clear communication channels at project site.
- Represent Anova in key project meetings.
- Feedback on all meetings attended and their implications for projects.

**People management**
- Manage staff In line with policies, procedures, and standards
- Partnering with HR on recruitment and induction of new team members.
- Managing the performance review process.
- Identifying training needs or staff support needs and ensuring that such training or support is provided.
- Mentoring and guiding staff by facilitating regular meetings.

**Essential qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Nursing Qualification, Community nursing would be advantageous.
- Post-graduate degree in Health/ Social Sciences or equivalent would be advantageous.
- At least 3 years’ experience in HIV or public health environment.
- Knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and community health issues.
- Able to update and maintain a data repository.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to speak one of the local languages.
- Innovative, organized, analytical and excellent interpretation data skills.
- Report writing skills.
- Oversee and manage the team.
