Position: Senior Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored creative solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Attend external meetings with prospective clients, showcasing our agency's services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, and production, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.
- Contribute to internal sales meetings, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on sales progress and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the agency's value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably within the creative or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and solutions to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the creative and advertising sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
- Flexibility to travel to client meetings and industry events as required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
