Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

Responsible to create, schedule, publish, and measure the success of content on social media channels, in addition to growing and nurturing online communities.

Manage all social media accounts for the business including ensuring optimal ROI, cost efficiencies and management of platforms in accordance with best practice

Furthermore, this role is also responsible to track whether or not social marketing efforts have been successful through goal setting with markers for identifying success through various online analytical tools and making the necessary recommendations for improvements and optimization.

**2. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Manage campaign budgets, timeline and deliverables
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies - trends
- Stay informed about what each channel can do, and what each platform should be optimized for, as well as researching and discovering new channels
- Manage the content strategy, ensure content is informative and appealing, relevant to consumer and aligned with business and brand objectives
- Collaborate with agencies, sales and product development team
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Check all social media profiles regularly (comments, DMs, shares, and notifications)
- Build and nurture online communities, answer customer queries, troubleshoot issues,and prompt lively discussion relevant to the brand, product enhance the customers experience and keep the audience engaged with the brand on social media (responsive and customer-focused)
- Build an image or a lifestyle around a product, drawing users in with a compelling narrative through text, image, or video social media campaigns
- Develop and execute campaigns that must entertain, educate, or convert our targeted audiences
- Manage, develop and drive content calendar and measurable KPIs
- Track certain performance metrics and measure and analyze the results of your socialmedia efforts in order to build increasingly impactful campaigns.
- Track keywords and phrases to adjust and optimize the content strategy, for maximumROI & engagement
- Track and monitor all competitor activity with key learnings and insights to drive enhancements.
- Track and leverage trending hashtags and conversations
- Understand and optimize social media execution and strategy with insights from the social media tools key metrics and stats.
- Manage and enhance social media performance with influencer marketing and strategies and influencer marketing management
- Build cost effective and beneficial relationships with influencers
- Perform regular social media audits with recommendations for improvement
- Manage automation and chat bot journey
- Understand and recommend the best tools to streamline the social media management outcome
- Commissioning user-generated content and nurturing influencer relationships
- Tracking, measuring, and analyzing campaign results
- Cultivating, managing, and engaging with a brand’s online community

**Salary**: R50,000.00 - R65,000.00 per month
