- Maintain an inventory report of HQ Chairs and tables in liaison with Maintenance Supervisor
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure procurement activities align with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Higher National Diploma /Accounting degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office, with Pastel knowledge considered a decisive advantage.
- Strong communication and administration skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient in data capturing.
- Effective administration skills.
- A valid work permit or South African ID is a must.
- Good references are required.

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
