A manufacturing company based in Krugersdorp is looking for a skilled Warehouse/Dispatch Manager to join their team.

Administration of all DC/Warehouse Functions including, (but not limited to):

- Daily operational planning
- Stock Control - Planning and assisting with the stock take processes.
- Orders
- Receiving of Goods / Shipments
- Control over and distribution of all goods
- Overseeing the receiving of stock to prepare for distribution
- Organising and planning the distribution process
- Approving of all goods returned, damaged and replacements from local suppliers.
- Local supplier Purchasing - stock for customer order fulfilment and packaging and cleaning materials for company stores.
- Overseeing maintenance of all dispatch and DC vehicles ensuring checks and maintenance of vehicles and forklifts, in excellent working order
- On Site fuel management and optimisation
- Efficiency of the operation is upheld and supervised.
- High standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
- Achievement of exceptional store and customer service and satisfaction remains top priority, to the operation, in line with systems, procedures and principals of the company
- Managing all DC staff including disciplinary procedures, time control management, associated reports, for wages, overtime optimisation via electronic clock card reports and systems and leave/sick records.
- Log Sheets, Fuel Consumption, Vehicle Maintenance / Inspections, Accident Reports, Delivery Or Collection Routes

**Software Skills**
- Advanced Microsoft products
- Unibase experience preferred
- Advanced excel preferred

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma/certificate in logistics preferred

**Experience**
- At least 3 years experience as a Warehouse/Dispatch Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead
- Proven experience of supervising people and performance
- Expertise of inventory management processes, systems and the entire delivery cycle

**Location**
- Chamdor, Krugersdorp

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Krugersdorp, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
