**Job Purpose**:
You'll be tasked with supporting the successful execution of current projects, with a focus on ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. As a strategic thinker, you'll also design and lead innovative new initiatives that align with the initiative's 2-year strategy, driving progress and results. You'll take on the challenge of accelerating the ideation process for the initiative's 3-5 year strategy.

**Key competences**:

- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Effectively manage a wide range of stakeholders, including those in senior positions.
- Facilitate a rigorous and effective decision-making process.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed tertiary degree, preferably in Business Science or Engineering
- MBA from a highly-regarded institution will be an advantage.
- Track record of performance / excellent results.

**Experience**:

- Finance and / or venture capital investing experience.
- 2+ years in a business consulting firm with a bias towards business strategy and execution / project delivery roles, or advisory services to small businesses.
