**_Job Description:_**
- In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing all expects of the day-to-day operations and managing a diverse range of staff, including cleaning, reception, and sales staff._

**_Requirements:_**
- _ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management,or related field_
- _ 5+ years of experience in Branch/Office Management_
- _ Proven track record of successfully managing diverse teams_
- _ Must have strong financial management and budgeting skills (non-negotiable)_
- _ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders_
- _ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software_
- _ ERP Software experience_

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Operational Efficiency_
- _ Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch and office._
- _ Implement and maintain effective operational procedures and policies._
- _ Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and space._
- Staff Management and Development_
- _ Hire, train, and supervise branch staff._
- _ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback._
- _ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction._
- Customer Service and Relationship Management_
- _ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external customers._
- _ Act as a liaison between staff and the group service departments for example Finance, HR, Product Innovation, and Facilities._
- Compliance and Risk Management_
- _ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies._
- _ Regularly review and update branch and office policies and procedures to maintain compliance._
- _ Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution_
