This role will be responsible for effective communication and co-ordination between Company and Suppliers, to ensure on time, to spec, within budget delivery of services, complying with prescribed policies and procedures.

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Working knowledge of SAP
- Customer Service Practices
- Supplier management practices
- Finance practices - Recons, processing of invoices, loading of new suppliers.
- Strong Admin Orientation
- Risk practices, processes, and tools.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer skills (word, excel)
- Analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills (e.g. conflict)

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 2-3 years’ experience within a Finance environment

- A Grade 12 Certificate/ Matric

Preferred:

- Certificate/ Diploma in Financial Management/ Accounting

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cost Tracking Group Opex
- Track costs relating to - Group Risk Opex
- Queries resolved (Quotes/Invoices)
- relating to invoices with discrepancies or actual versus budget (Budget Variance)
- Journals completed - Opex reallocation expenses
- Guide DRAM on available spend when requested
- covert, CIT, CIT public holiday
- Report on Opex spend
- Cost tracking Group Capex
- Asset allocations (asset recording and disposal new/old)
- Track costs relating to Group Risk Capex
- Queries resolved (Quotes/ Invoices)
- relating to invoices with discrepancies or actual versus budget.
- Allocation of bulk orders when applicable.
- Supplier Liasion
