This role is within the Group IT function and is focused on establishing and managing the IT contracts with external vendors to ensure various IT services are provided. The incumbent will build relationships, negotiate new contracts with existing and future vendors
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors Degree (3 years) National Diploma - supply chain**
Experience**:
Minimum of 8 years**
Duties**:
Ensure that services are provided, have continuity, stability and deliver ongoing value to the business in line with the IT Department mandate. Procurement: - Demand Management - Trends in Information and Communication Technology - Tactical & Strategic Sourcing Contracts: - Business requirements identification - Increased efficiency - Contractor engagement People Management: - Training and Development of staff - Performance Management - Staff Engagement Budgeting / Financial / Commercial - Vendor Management - Recommend budget for projects and services Safety / Security: - Ensure safety of staff - Ensure security of our information assets Communication: - Communication to End-users and Stakeholders - Reporting Supplier Management: - Supplier Relationship Management - Service Level Reporting**
