**General Description of the Role**
The FP&A Manager is a key player of the local Finance organization on strategic and operational decisions, providing solid and proper financials to facilate business review and growth in line with economical targets. The FP&A ensures alignment and compliance with both Group and local FP&A practices and requirements on the overall financial reports, plans and analyses released to local, regional and global key stakeholders.

**Mission/Objectives**

As a key member of the local Finance team, the FP&A Manager will support Sales and Marketing functions through a constant and solid business partnership with focus on the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans, as well as business development opportunities evaluation. Executes all the FP&A processes (incl. strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting) and analyses in line with Group and Regional guidelines, policies, requirements and calendar, as well as compliant to local requirements.

**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Strategic planning and business development_
- Proactively contribute to coordinate the strategic planning process, working closely with the Finance Director, Marketing function, the Country MD and other key local players
- Ensure solid financial planning and analysis in support of strategic planning process
- Contributes to the identification of root causes and definition of corrective actions
- Support the Finance Director in local Market strategic plan presentation elaboration to the Group and fine tuning after Corporate’s feedbacks
- Support the Finance Director in business development initiatives/projects (M&A, new product developments and renovations, asset disposal), liaising with Regional and Group Finance, and if needed Business Development function
- Take full ownership of pricing (maintenance of pricing model, loading into SAP, update of excise duties) and customer profitability reviews
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis_
- Support the Finance Director in local Financial Calendar definition and implementation to meet timely Group and Regional deadlines for both the commercial / marketing function as well as the supply chain functions.
- Ensure budget and forecasting process execution and data submission in the Campari Group systems, in line with Campari Finance model (frame of analysis, metrics, tools and systems) and with focus on brand profitability, full legal entity P&L analysis and variance analyses (liaising with FP&A SC)
- Support the Finance Director in local Market budget presentation elaboration to the Group and fine tuning after Corporate’s feedbacks
- Ensure timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and actual trends and drive ad hoc financial analysis required by Group, Regional and Local key stakeholders
- Support the local Marketing and cummercial teams in brand reviews, marketing presentations, Brand Plans as well as commercial trade terms planning, analysis reporting and tracking; provide support and analysis for new product launches, Toll Gate reviews and Fast-Tracks
- Monthly and Quarterly Business Review_
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of the Monthly Closing, liaising with the group and regional reporting teams, coordinating local results, revising results and correcting possible See Through calculations; ensuring information is correct and flows through all Financial (local) and Group systems (BW, BPC, SAP)
- Ensure compliance with the Campari Group Accounting/Controlling manual - review monthly P&L for accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of the Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to the Regional and Group Finance, working closely with the Country MD and the Finance Director, to facilitate a proper understanding of local business trends and risks/opportunities
