Large Hotel close to Bantry Bay is looking for a Service Curator (Butler). The Butler offers a personalized service with commitment to creating unforgettable memories for our guests. They provide an around the clock Butler service, focused on our high rate, long staying guests, celebrities, and dignitaries and our 4 Presidential Suites. The Butlers role also serves as a personal assistant with proficient computer skills, an eloquent concierge who can offer guests preferred products and services and an experience host to ensure that their stay with us is seamless and memorable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet and farewell process according to the set standard.
- Introduce with card and explain their role and who will be next point of call when they are off duty.
- Responsible for the room drops and flowers, as well as the charged mini bar.
- Upsell curated tours and wellness experiences and introducing them to the areas at the hotel.
- Overseeing in room dining, serving meals and drinks to the guest in the room.
- Respond to guest requests and answer queries; able to do quick research if answer is not readily available and professionally according to set standard.
- Assist the Guest Experience Team with the department’s day-to-day activities.
- Offer general valet services to our guest, such as but not limited to pack and unpack their luggage’s, tidy clothes away.
- Provide personal services such as but not limited to babysitting, Shabbat Services, Bathroom Amenities
- Any reasonable task as requested by the Guest Experience Manager.
- Collect and update guest personal information, preferences, practices, and interests to ensure accurate guest profile and history is updated on Guest profile in individual folders and Opera system.

**Requirements**:

- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- National Diploma in Hospitality or similar qualification
- 3 years+ experience in a client service position.
- Well-groomed and able to present themselves in a professional manner.
- Must be prepared to work shifts.
- Computer literacy (Office 360) Opera and Micros knowledge.
- Must be guest driven.
- Knowledge of a foreign language is advantageous.
- Always exhibit exceptional customer service to guests and fellow employees.
