Legal Contracts Administrator

- Develop/draft legal agreements
- Review and propose amendments to master legal agreements and prepare 3rd party responses
- Liaise with corporate head office legal department
- Review 3rd party legal agreements (vendor, quotes, confidentiality, non-disclosure), identify commercial and legal risk, and propose amendments to mitigate risk
- Draft responses to 3rd parties
- Ensure compliance with approved divisional framework
- Review system reporting and contract register
- Notify units of internal and statutory changes
- Draft monthly and quarterly litigation report
- Prepare legal board packs
- Communicate with internal units and external attorneys regarding open items and deadlines
- Review legal correspondence regarding litigation matters and liaise with Corporate head office
- Draft legal letters and notices
- Manage the IP of the division
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Grade 12 certificate
- B Com Law or LLB with commercial law and corporate governance
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position (commercial business)
- Strong business acumen
- Clear understanding of the strategic implications of contracts
