Office and Events Administrator

- Minimum Matric
- Office Administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Full Microsoft Office Package
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Assist with answering phone calls and redirecting clients to relevant Event Managers
- Receive and manage RSVPs and update RSVP lists accurately and timeously
- Print Name Badges for events
- Assist with the management of various company Data bases
- Assist at events from time to time
- Preparing Payment Requisitions with all supporting documentation
- Managing office stationary and supplies
- Signing for deliveries and preparing items for collection with the courier
- Assist wherever needed in the office
**GENERAL**
- Provide a no longer **than 5 page** CV **with a recent head and shoulders photo of yourself** and **reasons why you left your various positions**:
- Contactable references of people you reported to should be included.
- The position is based in Bryanston and applicants should not live too far away
