**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Reservations or other related lodge position at a 4/5-star lodge (i.e., not a large hotel chain)
- Able to work in a small team environment
- Be committed to service excellence
- Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial
- Able to work under pressure and can complete work quickly and accurately
- Be thorough and methodical
- Friendly and outgoing
- Brings energy, passion, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
- Strong work ethic
- Be able to absorb large amounts of information as the properties are diverse
- Excellent command of English - both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be fully computer literate and tech savvy
- Adhere to company procedures
- Experience working on booking systems (PANStrat experience is a bonus)
- Own transport is essential

**Description**
- Maximize sales by responding to guests/agents with accurate information in a professional and timeous manner
- Be able to process bookings from initial contact, follow up, obtaining of guest details and collection of monies due
- Book accommodation, transfers, flights etc. for guests across the portfolio of properties
- Process bookings which have been received from Direct Guests, Trade and Online booking channels
- Liaise and communicate with internal stakeholders effectively
- Maintain office procedures to ensure that all information is easily retrievable by all staff
