**Skills Required**:
- 5+ years relevant outbound sales or sales cold-calling, or
- 5+ years relevant appointment setting experience.
- Running/conducting client/sales outbound calling surveys.
- Outbound cold and warm calling of leads and prospects on database.
- Setting up sales meetings and/or appointments.
- Good business English skills (written and oral)
- Customer engagement/support experience.
- Connecting with potential clients and prospects over LinkedIn.
- Welcome calls to engage and greet new clients/members.
- Assisting with client and member engagement, client support and retention.
- Building positive working relationships with clients and members to increase repeat business, cross-selling and upselling.
- Notifications to managers of trends and concerns seen or noted.
- Ability to work into the evening for US time zone
