The Appointment Setter/Booker will be contacting our existing clients at our brokerage and scheduling appointments for our financial advisers. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive client experience. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate looking to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry. Must be based in the Durban area in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Call, email, and message potential clients to book appointments.
  2. Explain our financial services clearly and answer basic questions.
  3. Confirm that clients meet basic criteria before scheduling.
  4. Keep accurate records of all calls and appointments.
  5. Follow up with interested clients who haven't booked yet.
  6. Work closely with the financial advisers to ensure a smooth process.
