ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Research Executive in the Innovation and Commerce team you would be required to provide support across projects in the two domains, working collaboratively with your team members to help successfully deliver to our client’s needs. Developing specialist domain-related expertise is critical so that you can develop trusted advisor status with your internal and external stakeholders. This role is client-facing and provides an exciting opportunity to help our clients identify and prioritise innovation opportunities to drive business growth, and to help clients develop commercial shopper strategies to influence shoppers along the path to purchase and at the point of conversion.

Key Outcomes
- Proactively support team members throughout the entire end to-end research process
- Develop client relationships and proactively look for revenue growth opportunities across domains
- Proactively look for opportunities to drive on the job learning and skills development, in addition to managing the self-learning process
- Take ownership and accountability on all assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Help to prioritize tasks efficiently across the team to deliver against project timelines and client needs
- Ownership of the costing and proposal writing process across both domains, with guidance
- Develop internal and external stakeholder relationships to help drive successful partnerships and projects
- Drive positive team culture, support other team members when under pressure, and act as a leader to junior staff

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years’ related work experience
- Experience in innovation and commerce domains will be advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
- Analytical abilities to answer client questions by interrogating data sources.
- Taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own time, handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Open and honest communication.
