**Your Role at Impact**:
The marketing department is looking for a social media marketing professional to drive our employee advocacy program as part of the global marketing team.
Experience in managing a social media employee advocacy program is required. This includes tools, training tactics, analytics, crisis comms and content management.
**What You'll Do**:
- Build and implement a robust internal communications strategy and incentivization plan to increase adoption rates.
- Establish and implement a social media training program for advocates.
- Manage monthly content curation, writing, design briefs.
- Create and maintain a library of relevant, up-to-date resources for advocates.
- Identify risks and manage employee-related escalations on social media.
- Reach goal KPIs. Measure and report on these to key stakeholders.

- Onboarding strategy and building out processes/ workflows for execution.
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with key departments/ stakeholders.
- Securing executive buy-in, recruiting department-head advocates.
- Sourcing key influencers to become brand champions.
- **Establish and implement a social media training program.**
- Create a 60-day onboarding plan for advocates.
- Outline expectations and workflows for relevant contributors.
- Group employees into cohorts to streamline rollout.
- Schedule social media training courses.
- **Build an internal communications strategy and incentivization plan to encourage adoption.**
- Establish and implement an effective comms strat across multiple channels. Test and optimise.
- Establish and implement an incentivization plan.
- **Manage monthly content curation.**
- Establish content streams in Hootsuite.
- Social media copywriting in the correct brand tone.
- Design briefs, including creative feedback.
- Uploading all content to Hootsuite.
- Create new workflows to support easy population and forward planning of upcoming content.
- **Create resources for employees to utilise.**
- Build a directory of self-service tools and resources (how-to's, best practices, brand tone, dos and don'ts).
- Assemble a personal brand toolkit.
- **Community management.**
- Daily strategic engagement and management.
- Identify risks and manage employee-related escalations on social media.
- Building any new internal workflows needed to support this.
- **Measure and report on KPIs to key stakeholders**:
- Use relevant Saas tools to pull monthly data for social and any relevant communications channels used.
- Build report and present findings monthly with recommendations.

**Required experience**:
- Must have min 4+ years of professional social media marketing experience with 2 years experience contributing to a social media employee advocacy program.
- Copywriting and editing experience.
- Content planning and production experience, including design briefs and creative feedback.
- Data analysis: good understanding of how to use data for the betterment of the program.
- Relevant degree or diploma in social media/ digital marketing or marketing.
